Arizona Personal Injury Case Value Calculator | Wood Injury Law

What this calculator does — and doesn’t do

This tool uses the same multiplier method that plaintiff personal injury attorneys and insurance adjusters use to estimate case value: economic damages (medical bills, lost wages, property damage) plus pain and suffering (calculated as a multiplier on past medical bills based on injury severity), then reduced by your share of fault under Arizona’s pure comparative fault rule (ARS-12-2505).

What it cannot tell you: the at-fault driver’s actual insurance coverage limits (often the real ceiling on your recovery), the exact value of pain and suffering for your specific injuries, what your medical liens will actually require to be paid back, or what a jury would award in your specific jurisdiction. For those answers, you need an attorney to review your actual case file.
